Dr. Leea Wilkinson - Founding Veterinarian
Dr. Leea Wilkinson is very excited to be joining the Crestview family and looks forward to being a part of this team caring for the awesome pets and pet parents of this great city.
Born and raised in Oahu, Hawaii, Dr. Wilkinson realized early on that she had a taste for adventure. After graduating from high school, she made the bold choice to move 5,000 miles away to Massachusetts for her undergraduate education. Dr. Wilkinson studied at the University of Massachusetts--Amherst, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Colorado State University.
With a natural love of problem-solving and a high level of care and concern for improving the lives of pets, Dr. Wilkinson is a skilled diagnostician with 20 years of clinical experience. She is dedicated to providing you and your pet with the best medical care possible in a calm, nurturing environment. She is an intuitive listener, an excellent client educator, and knows how to get to the root of issues efficiently and effectively, all while involving pet parents every step of the way. Dr. Wilkinson understands and believes deeply in the power of the Human-Animal Bond.
Outside of Crestview Veterinary Clinic on Airport Boulevard, Dr. Wilkinson is a devoted and busy mom of 3 fantastic kids. She also has 2 rescue dogs, Duke (Pitbull/Great Dane) and Annie (pitbull/chihuahua mix), and 3 cats, Beaux, Lovey, and Tucker. In her free time, she enjoys watching her kids slay on the soccer fields and if she's lucky, she manages to find time for a walk in nature or time to enjoy family movie night on the couch.
